Lee has 40 years of experience working in various capacities from laborer, contractor, Certified Tennis Court Builder, and sales executive to senior management. Prior to joining GemSeal, Lee served as vice president and co-owner of Surface Coatings Co., which GemSeal acquired in 2012. Currently, Lee is responsible for overseeing company operations and setting the general direction for the business.
